Aston Villa 2-2 Manchester United at Villa Park in the Premier League. Manchester United gave an assured and composed performance in the first half taking the lead with a Bruno Fernandes goal which was spilled by Martinez. The second half saw Bruno Fernandes double the lead with a neat pass from Fred, but Manchester United failed to kill the game and Aston Villa got a goal back to make it 2-1 and they gained momentum when Phillip Coutinho grabbed a goal on his Aston Villa debut to make it Aston Villa 2-2 Manchester United.
