Carrick reacts to the extra suspension handed to Harry Maguire and confirms Lisandro Martinez will also miss the game, admitting United are massively disappointed with recent decisions but insisting the squad now has to move on quickly.

He also provides a positive update on Kobbie Mainoo, who is edging closer after doing little bits, while Patrick Dorgu continues his recovery and is back on the pitch but not yet in team training. Carrick also discusses Ayden Heaven’s development, Mason Mount’s future at the club, and the size of the challenge away to Chelsea.
