For the first time since 2007, Cristiano Ronaldo's iconic No. 7 jersey was worn by another player during Portugal's friendly match against Sweden at the Estadio Dom Afonso Henriques.

Ronaldo, who has sported the legendary shirt number throughout his illustrious 22-year career in club and international football, was absent from the squad as he is currently on holiday with his family in Saudi Arabia to rest and avoid injuries ahead of Euro 2024.

Consequently, the honor of wearing the renowned jersey fell to Braga star Bruma during Ronaldo's absence.
