Croatia trained in Split on Monday, preparing for the following day's Nations League Group 3 meeting with outgoing champions Portugal.

Zlatko Dalic's side are currently above Group 3's bottom side Sweden on goals scored - both nations are on three points after the 'Blue and Yellows' beat the 'Blazers' 2-1 in Solna on Saturday.

So Croatia will either have to match or better the result Sweden achieve against France if they are to maintain their place amongst the Nations League's top 16 teams.

Portugal have never lost to Croatia in six previous meetings though, winning on four occasions.

The 'Selecao's' hopes of winning the competition for a second year in succession were ended on Saturday when they lost 1-0 to France, who sealed top spot in the Group 3 standings as a result.
