The first leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 was a terrible night for English clubs.
Chelsea were beaten 5–2 by Paris Saint-Germain.
Manchester City lost 3–0 to Real Madrid.
Tottenham Hotspur also fell 5–2 against Atletico Madrid.
Only Arsenal and Newcastle United managed 1–1 draws.
So here’s the debate…
Could the current Manchester United team have actually performed better than some of these English teams in Europe? ????
