One of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp’s favourite words whenever he addresses the media is ‘rhythm’ - and no wonder.

The stats when his team don't have matches that are close together are astonishing - and that is a scenario they face this week.

Liverpool have just under a fortnight between league matches against Southampton (which they lost 1-0) and Manchester United next Sunday, with Aston Villa's kids having been dispatched on Friday night.
