Manchester United arrived at their hotel in the Polish city Gdansk on Monday evening ahead of the Europa League final against Villarreal on Wednesday.

United finished the Premier League season second behind winners Manchester City while Unai Emery led Villarreal to seventh in La Liga.

United last won the Europa League in 2017 whereas the Spanish side have reached their first major European final.

However, Villarreal boss Emery won the tournament three seasons in-a-row with Sevilla from 2014-2016.
