In an interview on Talksport earlier it was revealed that Manchester United have had special support from the Premier League for meeting their PSR goal for the last season. Meanwhile, clubs have been fined, deducted points, and had to sell promising players to meet theirs. It stinks, and Chris is not happy. Headphones for this one!!
