Manchester United 3-1 Burnley in the Premier League! In the first minute, there was a scare when Dean Henderson came rushing out of his goal to clear an easy long ball from Burnley which found Chris Wood who headed the ball past the oncoming Dean Henderson but was adjudged to be offside by VAR. After that, we saw an effort from Paul Pogba who rose high with a header that produced a good save from Peacock-Farrell that was heading towards the top corner. Manchester United started to get their foot on the ball and pressed high up with Bruno Fernandes & Paul Pogba starting to pull the strings in the final third. Marcus Rashford had an effort from inside the penalty area cutting in from the left which produced a fine fingertip save from Peacock-Farrell to give Manchester United a corner, Burnley, however, did have moments trying to hit Man Utd on the counter-attack with Chris Wood being involved in most of Burnley's attacking play & chances. Overall in the first half, the passing in the build-up play from Manchester United was sloppy and the tempo certainly was not quick enough from the midfield to the forwards.

The second half saw Manchester United make a change with Fred being replaced by Cavani and 5 minutes of madness! Man Utd took the lead to make it 1-0 to with a great run from Rashford on the left who found Mason Greenwood after a great step over from Bruno Fernandes to allow Mason Greenwood to slot the ball past Peacock-Farrell. Then within 2 minutes, Burnley from a corner found the head of Tarkowski who withheld the challenges of Wan Bissaka and captain Harry Maguire to make it Man Utd 1-1 Burnley. On 84 minutes Solskjaer made a change with Donny van De Beek coming on for Marcus Rashford then within seconds Mason Greenwood picked the ball up from the right-hand side and cut inside onto his left foot with a powerful shot which deflected off Burnley's Cork to give Manchester United the lead 2-1. Manchester United then controlled the game in the final minutes within particular Scott McTominay & Bruno Fernandes chances to score before Edinson Cavani scored a late third to make it 3-1!
