Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny speaks to Paul Walsh having named his 25-man squad for the upcoming international break which sees Ireland face Portugal, Azerbaijan & Serbia.

The big absentee from the squad is Darren Randolph and Kenny explained that the form of Gavin Bazunu and Mark Travers who are playing regular first-team along with Caoimhin Kelleher's performances for Liverpool when called upon have them ahead of the West Ham man at the moment.

James McCarthy, Alan Browne and Callum Robinson are also missing from the squad due to fitness and COVID-19 issues, while Shane Duffy would be expected to feature given his impressive start to the season with Brighton.
