Many Manchester United fans are disappointed at the fact that Manchester United have lost to Middlesbrough in the FA cup. Indeed, the FA cup was Manchester United's most realistic chance to win a trophy this season and now the red devils look set to end yet another season trophyless.

And yet despite this, I remain convinced that Manchester United's run much deeper than mere tactical deficiencies or bad decision-making when it comes to transfers. We could sign Eerling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe, and Declan Rice today, Hire Erik Ten Hag, Mauricio Pochettino or even Jurgen Klopp or Pep Guardiola and it won't make any difference because we may have one of the most toxic work environments in world football, and there is only one man who can fix it: Ralf Rangnick.
