ESPN FC’s Craig Burley, Steve Nicol and Frank Leboeuf join Dan Thomas to recap Manchester United’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur, courtesy of Bruno Fernandes’ late second-half penalty (which was won by substitute Paul Pogba). Burley says it’s no surprise Jose Mourinho’s Spurs played deep, but blames Harry Maguire and David de Gea for Steven Bergwijn’s opening goal. Despite Pogba’s impact off the bench, Nicol doesn’t believe he warrants an automatic starting position in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side. Plus, the FC guys are at odds over whether or not Man United deserved a penalty for Eric Dier’s challenge on Pogba. Additionally, Burley feels David de Gea cannot keep making mistakes, as his starting position could come into question.
