As Manchester United’s injury crisis up front continues to mount, ESPN FC’s Alejandro Moreno and Mark Donaldson discuss whether Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ed Woodward made an enormous error in letting Romelu Lukaku depart for Serie A to join Inter Milan.
