Desde que llegó en 2008, procedente del Sevilla, se ha convertido en el segundo jugador extranjero de la historia con más partidos disputados como culé y ha obtenido 23 títulos como jugador del FC Barcelona.
Su compromiso con el Club y su simpatía han cautivado el corazón de los barcelonistas. Es por ello que será invitado a despedirse de la afición a principios de la próxima temporada. Ahora, el FC Barcelona le desea mucha suerte en la nueva etapa como futbolista.
