In a bid to raise awareness for Get To Know Cancer and encourage people to stop smoking in January, Christian Eriksen and Mousa Dembele have taken part in a unique challenge for Spurs TV cameras.

The midfielders attempt to volley a box of cigarettes in a bin from 10 yards -- but just as it is for many trying to kick the habit, the lads find the challenge tough to overcome at first...
